Lemon Pepper Chicken
Most often, chicken breasts are lightly seasoned or pan roasted for dinner. But here is an easy recipe that you can use to make a tasty chicken dish in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 lemons, divided
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts halved
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
Preparation
- Start by preheating the oven at 400°.
Grilled Chicken Breast
If you are a chicken lover, then this is a dish that you must have tasted quite frequently. However, this unique and easy recipe retains all the flavor of grilled chicken.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 4 chicken breasts
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
Preparation
- Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, and dried herbs in the bowl. Season it generously with salt and pepper. Keep aside ¼ cup of this mixture.
- Add the chicken to the bowl and lightly toss to combine. Let this mixture marinate for at least 20 minutes or overnight to ensure that the flavors soak in.
- Start by preheating the grill. Add in the chicken and baste it with the marinade for approximately 6 minutes on each side.
- Garnish the dish with parsley.
